Can I use a 1-800 Voice Call and/or Digital Recorder?

 

Yes, you can access our system through voice calls made using our 1-800 Toll Free Number. The recorded voice file is automatically registered in the system as a new job. You can also use digital recorders with secure uploading of the voice files.

 

 

How Can You Achieve Your Accuracy Commitment?

 

We streamline the transcription process to ensure accuracy, compliance and promptness.  We have a team of Editors and Quality Assurance Specialists who review these reports. Accuracy monitoring and automated editing tools enhance quality processing.  We use AHDI’s Book of Styles latest edition.

What is the Turn-Around Time?

You can define a 2-24 hour range. Also, you can closely monitor the files from the time they are received until they are returned to you.

  • End date/time of the workflow process
  • First IN - First OUT order of priority, unless urgent request is placed.

 

 

How Are Files Transferred?

 

Upload your file by signing in to our secure site. The file will be downloaded by our team.

Another option is the Call-In Service (additional charges apply). Dictations can be made via the phone through a 1-800 number and your file will be saved on the server. This is your "upload" step and our team can download it for transcription. The Physician will be given a unique PIN for security.
