1. PRICE - Rate per line of transcription: _ cents per line (65 characters/line). Add one (1) cent per line if toll free telephone system is used 2. ACCURACY - Transcription accuracy of not less than 98.8%. 3. TURN‐AROUND TIME - Completed and ready for encrypted viewing or download Prior to your requested time. If no time is specified it will always be completed for you in less than 24 hours from the time that submission occurs. 4. Format: Transcriptions are returned using a standard format, unless Your preferred format templates are provided Files may be submitted in the following formats: a. FTP system upload; b. Encrypted upload to a secure address; c. Secure Toll Free Call 5. Usernames and Passwords are provided for each individual doctor if more than one doctor is associated with the Client or as per Client. 6. Billing: Twice a month, on the 15th and last day of each calendar month. 7. Payment method: Client shall make payment by direct deposit as set out in the billing statement or by Check. All accounts are due and payable within a maximum of ten (10) business days from receipt of billing. In the event of payment not being made within ten (10) days, we may provide Client a ten (10) day notice to pay and in the event of payment not having been made within the time period of such notice agreement may be terminated. 8. Interest: Any invoices that remain unpaid for fifteen (15) days shall be subject to interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of one and one half (1 ½) percent per month. 9. A personel Marketing Consultant or Representative will be available to assist the Client with setting up all required technological systems to enable the Client to transfer files needing transcription and shall generally be available to the Client. 10. MT Savvy covenants and confirms that it meets all required United States or Canadian standards for medical transcriptions to ensure maximum confidentiality and security including United States HIPAA compliance. |
